Collagen Peptides — 10,880 mg per serving

Each 14 g scoop provides 10,880 mg of hydrolysed collagen peptides from a blend of bovine (bovine hide), chicken (chicken sternum cartilage) and marine (fish skin) sources. Hydrolysis breaks intact collagen into short-chain peptides with a typical molecular weight of 2–5 kDa, which are absorbed intact across the intestinal epithelium and detected in the bloodstream within 1–2 hours of ingestion in multiple pharmacokinetic studies. The multi-source blend is formulated to provide a broad range of collagen types (predominantly Types I, II and III).
