Hi, we're Rebecca & Amy.

The mother-and-daughter team behind Refine GlowLabs.

Between us, we share a passion for skin health, beauty, wellness and helping women feel confident at every stage of life.

Rebecca is the founder of Refine Medispa and has spent over 14 years working within the skin and aesthetics industry, helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through evidence-led treatments, education and personalised care.

Amy is an experienced Skin Specialist and Lash & Brow Technician, with a passion for natural beauty, modern aesthetics and helping clients look and feel their best. Her expertise in skin treatments, lash lifts and brow styling brings a fresh perspective to the Refine GlowLabs brand and product development.

Together, we've spent years listening to our clients, understanding their concerns and identifying the products they genuinely want and need.
