🚚 Shipping

We aim to get your glow to you as quickly and smoothly as possible ✨

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • UK Shipping:
    • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)
    • Express Delivery options available at checkout

  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary depending on location (typically 5–10 working days)

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please note: during busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), dispatch times may be slightly extended—but we’ll always keep you updated 🤍

🌍 Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

💌 Returns

We want you to absolutely love your Refine GlowLabs products—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return your item and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (we hate when that happens 😢), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
